THE BIG SHOW IS ON HIATUS New Dates to be announced soon..

Must be Genetic...

One of the things Ester likes best about living in fabulous Los Angeles is that she gets to spend much more time with her favorite family member, her adoring nephew Michael. When not out shopping or taking in the latest offering at the Egyptian, Michael and his "Auntie Ester" can usually be found at one of the cafes along Melrose, people-watching and trading Hollywood gossip, or kibitizing about their most recent projects.

As Michael's newest project is set to debut in Hollywood, Ester decided that the front of her frigidaire wasn't the only place she could put his show placard, so she offers it here for her own fans to download, along with a recent headshot, "in case you know someone looking for talent."

MOMMIE DEAREST A classic hysterical remake spoof!!!

Ester's Farewell Feud Packed with Fans

Ester Goldberg's luggage wasn't the only thing that was overpacked on Thursday night. Just days before DC's Darling was set to jet off to Hollywood, her fans packed Titan Bar for her final performance as host of the wildly successful Feud gameshow. Check out pics from the show, including a preview of the Future Feud...

Ester says Goodbye to DC and Hello to Hollywood!

After a small get-together with her closest friends at one of Washington's swankier hotels Friday night, DC Darling Ester Goldberg--looking as fabulous as ever in a smart pant suit she found at Filene's--said her final goodbyes to well-wishers at Washington Reagan International Airport on Saturday. With her Louis Vuitton tote in tow and no-run mascara intact, she boarded her plane on time and was overheard asking whether first class stocked Manischewitz because she needed a cordial. Leaving a snowy winter day behind in Washington, she touched-down in sunny California hours later to begin the next chapter in her exciting life. Before departing our nation's capital, she sent a note of thanks to her fans. If you didn't get the note, but would like to be added to Ester's list so that you receive future updates, click here to contact Ester directly.

The Feud That Love Made: September 11, 2003

For the second year, Ester invited members of the police force and local firefighters and EMTs to help her honor those who tragically lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The show also raised funds to benefit survivors by accepting donations from the audience, a fifty-fifty raffle, and the sale of commemorative coins. Aside from Ester's antics and the Policemen's rousing win, two highlights of the evening were the presentation of a plaque to Glenn Mlaker, owner of Titan and Hamburger Mary's, for his efforts over the last two years to aid survivors, and the very end of the show when the winner of the raffle donated his half back to the cause. What a mensch. Hugs to all who helped make the benefit such a success.

Ester Plays to Jam-packed House for The Big Show's Final Performance at the Washington Plaza

The incredible momentum that the Big Show built over the last couple of months of its run, peaked on Friday, May 9, as a record number of guests filled the Washington Plaza theater for Ester's grand finale there. Ester and her gorgeous Yentas treated the audience to a stunning performance and the audience responded by singing along, dancing and toasting Ester with several standing ovations.

"Star Energy without the arm's length... You are dazzled by her." (frontpage of the Style section, The Washington Post, April 4, 2003)

On the cover of the last Friday's Washington Post Style section, you will notice bright red hair peeking above the fold. The hair that the Post says, "...flips like a 1950s starlet's" is only the beginning of an amazing story with photos of the fabulous world of Ester Goldberg.
