World’s Biggest Upskirt Photo Op ever..not Kardashian..But MARILYN MONROE!

A BIG 26-foot-tall sculpture of Marilyn Monroe, in her most famous wind-blown pose, now stands on Michigan Ave in Chicago.

The Locals react with dignity to the star…

PS: had it been KarTRASHIANS giant snatch..the chicago river woulda been sucked up..and  harpo studios woulda disappeared . just saying
