IRS Cracking Down on Lindsay Lohan for Unpaid Taxes.

 Well, if you think you've got problems, just look at how Lindsay's year is starting..

The federal government says Lohan, 25, never paid her 2009 income taxes, TMZ reports.
The IRS has obtained a lien against the actress for more than $93,000.

And Lohan's latest bout of legal troubles doesn't end there.

A paparazzo is suing Lohan, claiming he was badly injured when the car she was riding in crashed into his vehicle.

The man's lawyer says Lohan is being sued because her assistant was driving with her direction.
