Justin Bieber Gives 6-Year-Old cancer patient Avalanna Routh Best Valentine's Day Ever

I pick on him a lot..but when it comes down to it.this kid constantly pulls at my heart strings.  He's written checks for poor kids and then does something like this to make a lil girls valentine dream come true.

Avalanna Routh is the cutest little 6 year old you will ever meet! She is fighting ATRT, a rare and horrible form of brain cancer, and Av just LOVES Justin Bieber..soooooo

 After he caught wind of her Facebook campaign to meet her idol -- with over 12,000 supporters -- on a WHDH Boston news report. He then retweeted the link to his millions of followers and invited Routh and her family to spend Monday with him in Manhattan.

"that was one of the best things I have ever done. she was AWESOME. Feeling really inspired right now! #MrsBieber," the 17-year-old later tweeted, following up with a photo of him kissing a clearly ecstatic Routh.

HIM MOMMA RAISED HIM GOOD!
