Donna Summer to be laid to rest in private funeral on Wednesday ( tomorrow)

DONNA SUMMER is to be laid to rest in a private funeral ceremony on Wednesday (May 23).

TMZ reports that friends and family will pay their respects to the disco singer in an invitation-only ceremony at a church in Nashville, Tennessee. 

The family of the late singer have said that they do not want any media coverage of the event, and a strict guest list has been created. 

Around 1,000 guests from all over the country are expected to attend the funeral.
