The HUNGER GAMES lil hunk Josh Hutcherson Actually Got a Nose Job

I kinda liked his old nose..and ya know what they say about BIG noses. He originally Tweeted that he'd suffered a BROKEN NOSE, but didn't say how it happened. But then his rep said Josh just needed surgery to fix a deviated septum.

NOT! he got a nose job..
