Michael Phelps Wins Gold No. 16. he is the KING in the water! there is no doubt!

It was Phelps’s 20th medal and 16th gold.

Phelps defeated Lochte in a side-by-side duel to win the gold medal in the 200-meter individual medley, adding this to the one he won in Beijing in 2008 and Athens in 2004. He became the first man to win the same race three times at the Games.
