Kelly Osbourne Got a $250,000 Manicure for the EMMYS ..And She's Not Sorry! ( and she has no talent)

I think we can all agree.. Does this irritating chick have any talent cept being the spawn of an aging Rocker? Really? What does she do?  Think about it..NOTHING. ABSOFUCKINGLUTLEY NOTHING! She does however, judge people on how they look and dress. when she herself, looks like a fuckin Garage sale from a going out of business dollar general store. Gawd has the meaning of being star..been lowered so fuckin low!

ANYHOO: The talentless co-host of E!'s "Fashion Police" announced her pricey beauty treatment before the Emmys on Sunday, posting an Instagram photo with the caption, "About to get a $250k manicure w nail polish made w blk diamonds made by @azature so excited & honored but absolutely shitting myself to have that much money on my nails!"
