(Reuters) - Facebook stock sank on Monday in the first day of trading without the full support of the company's underwriters, leaving some investors down nearly 25 percent from where they were Friday afternoon. Shares ofFacebook (FB_), which made a shaky public debut on Friday, were diving on Monday, breaking below their offering price of $38 each and losing more than 10%.

Our hearts are saddened today as news that the Queen of Disco Donna Summer died this morning after a battle with cancer.
According to TMZ Summer was in Florida at the time of her death. She was 63-years-old. Summer was a 5-time Grammy winner who shot to superstardom in the '70s with iconic hits like "Last Dance," "Hot Stuff" and "Bad Girls.
Summer and her producer Giorgio Moroder defined the dance music era of the '70s and influenced acts like Duran Duran and David Bowie to enter the genre.
Summer married Brooklyn Dreams singer Bruce Sudano back in 1980. They had two daughters together.
Sources close to Summer tell us ... the singer was trying to keep the extent of her illness under wraps. We spoke to someone who was with Summer a couple of weeks ago ... who says she didn't seem too bad.
In fact, we're told she was focused on trying to finish up an album she had been working on.

The Academy Awards have a new home at the same Hollywood address: The Dolby Theatre.
Dolby Laboratories announced today that the theater at Hollywood and Highland, previously known as the Kodak Theatre, will be renamed for the entertainment sound company.

TMZ is reporting The 22-year-old model -- who used to work in gay porn -- was busted at his home at 4:58 AM after someone called 911 to report Nick punched a 20-year-old man in the face

When cops arrived to the scene, officers say they observed a cut on the victim's face ... and arrested Nick for misdemeanor assault. Cops say Nick resisted by "flailing his arms in the air."
Cops say they noticed Nick suspiciously reaching into the front of his pants ... so they conducted a strip search back at the station ... and discovered cocaine on his person.
