Entitled Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life Of Simon Cowell, the book spends the majority of its time focusing on its subject’s pathological need to succeed, as well as his vicious falling out with Simon Fuller over the created by credit on Idol. Hard feelings still linger, but it’s not those angry words that are attracting the most early buzz.

The publisher of the Tumblr blog Ridiculous Pictures of Céline Dion has scrubbed the site of all but one ridiculous picture of Céline Dion, citing a threatening legal note from the singer’s representatives as the reason. The site is almost certainly legal, but its author Duckumu writes that  ”though this blog is well within the realm of ‘fair use’, I don’t have the money or time to get a lawyer to respond.”

The very popular blog, Ridiculous Pictures of Celine Dion, was forced to shut itself down this week, after the blog's administrators posted the following message:

hey y’all céline dion found our blog, and she didn’t like it. we just got a letter from céline’s lawyers that the blog has to be shut down. though this blog is well within the realm of ‘fair use’, i don’t have the money or time to get a lawyer to respond. the dream is over. thanks for following and being a céline superfan
 i’ll always remember u
i’ll never let go

 

Too bad. When it comes to hyper-sensitive multi-millionaires and their aggressive lawyers, only “important” cases of celebullying get challenged.
