Randy began his fashion design career at an early age with his late partner, Jerry Skeels in 1980. Their Company Jeran Design.

A variety of stars have worn their garments ranging from Lana Turner, Kim Novak, Donna Mills, Lindsay Wagner, Tina Turner, Natalie Cole, Little Richard, and most notable Liberace of which he enjoyed working with such a legend and talent.
Randy and Jerry were nominated twice for an Emmy for best design and also had been recognized for their achievements by winning the United Nations International Spirit Award in 1984, The Golden Needle award in 2003, Lake Arrowhead Ambassador award, and numerous humanitarian awards. Randy recently received the Lifetime Achievement Awards for his thirty years of contributing to Fashion on from the Art Institute of California-Inland Empire and The Riverside Film Festival
One of the most amazing creations ever designed by Randy was the Hollywood Graffiti Gown in the early years of Jeran Design, having a vision of a list of female stars’ names hand-beaded into the plushest of fabrics; Black German Velvet. The first to loan their names to this gown concept were Hollywood legends Bette Davis, Rita Hayworth, Lana Turner, and soon after came Elizabeth Taylor. On March 13th 2004, the gown was unveiled as a special presentation at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood, having been created over a 24-year span. The gown now contains over 350 bugle, seed, and platinum beaded signatures of the most influential women ranging from Mother Teresa, to the political figures as California Senators Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer, to the most current actresses Cate Blanchett, and the cast of Desperate Housewives.

Randy will be truly missed by many. His legacy will live on through his current partner who will follow out his wishes and goals.

Marcia Wallace, the voice of The Simpsons' Edna Krabappel who earlier played the quick-witted receptionist on The Bob Newhart Show, has died. She was 70.
"I was tremendously saddened to learn this morning of the passing of
the brilliant and gracious Marcia Wallace. She was beloved by all at The Simpsons and we intend to retire her irreplaceable character," said Simpsons executive producer Al Jean in a statement.
Jean addressed a storyline that was previously teased about killing
off a character on the show and noted that this was not associated with
"Earlier we had discussed a potential storyline in which a character
passed away. This was not Marcia's Edna Krabappel. Marcia's passing is
unrelated and again, a terrible loss for all who had the pleasure of
knowing her," Jean wrote.
"Cheers to the hilarious, kind, fab Marcia Wallace, who has taken her
leave of us. Heaven is now a much funnier place b/c of you, Marcia," Yeardley Smith, who voices Lisa Simpson, wrote on Twitter on Saturday morning.
