Last year, Volkswagen won the hearts of America with the tale of little Darth Vader and his "super powers." But this year, the German automaker has decided to make a dog the star of its highly anticipated Super Bowl commercial.
According to a New York times article..the scum that is Sarah Palin is losing its luster..

To celebrate the launch of the all-new 2012 CR-V, Honda brought Ferris Bueller's Day Off back in a big game commercial. We cast Matthew Broderick as himself, skipping out on a day of acting work and living it up in his all-new CR-V. Relive movie history with Honda's fresh twist and wonderful homage to this '80s classic.
Think you're a true fan of Ferris Bueller's Day Off? We hid over two dozen references to the movie throughout the commercial. Some are obvious, some are VERY subtle. See how many you can find. #dayoff

A leak in December indicated that the 53-year-old SUPER star and "W.E." director would be performing a best-of set list that would include five songs, among them "Ray of Life," "Music," and, of course, "Vogue." It is also reported that LFMAO and Nicki Minaj will be joining Madonna at the show.
